Wendy Peterson is our Chief Financial Officer. She manages the accounting staff. They are fully trained and experienced on our industry specific software. Wendy has 28 years of Property Management experience with our company and oversees each property budget, payables staff, receivables, and payroll. Our accounting dept. can generate numerous reports including- occupancy, comparative incomes from prior years, and many more analysis type technical asset management reports. Wendy is a licensed Property Manager through the South Dakota Real Estate Commission. She is a Certified Section 515 Specialist for Rural Development properties as well.
