Maintenance Team
Each technician is capable to handle the day to day
service calls and the occasional emergency call. We track each
property as well as individual apartments recording parts and upgrades
per unit. Maintenance is tracked from the time a service is requested
through ordering and completion of the work, all the way to billing.
Our Maintenance Technicians are trained in Fair Housing compliance,
Customer Service, and regularly attend safety and industry training.
We have a comprehensive preventative maintenance schedule at each
property that has proven to limit emergencies and maintenance expenses. |
