Maintenance Team

Our full-time, full-service technicians handle the day-to-day service calls, large property projects, remodel work as well as the occasional emergency service call. Electronically we record parts, updates and service completed for every property and each individual unit. Maintenance is tracked from the time a service call is requested until the work is finished and completed. Our department also maintains comprehensive preventative maintenance schedules for each of the properties we manage. This has proven to limit service calls, emergencies and maintenance expenses.

Our technicians are trained in Fair Housing, customer service and regularly attend safety and industry training. Our preventative approach makes our department effective in providing comfortable and enjoyable homes for our residents and efficient at protecting and preserving the assets for our owners.
